Finally, I am seeing a lot around the customer experience/user experience talked about in the life sciences blogs and posts. Joe Meadows shared a great article on that points to pharma paying attention to the fact that maybe digital delivery is not appropriate for everyone – see here http://www.linkedin.com/updates?discuss=&scope=1238554&stype=M&topic=5687883675115466752&type=U&a=dIdH&pk=secure-inbox-activity-notifications-v2&goback=&trk=hb_ntf_COMMENTED_ON_UPDATE_YOU_COMMENTED_ON. Bingo! We started talking about the User Experience – designing products/initiatives, etc from the user’s point of view rather than the developer/marketer’s point of view.

In the spirit of  conveying a message in an entertaining way please see this video developed by John Boykin AKA “barleycorn55”. John comes from the IT world where the UX concept was originated. As you watch the video substitute “developer” for “marketer”, substitute “owner” for “physician”, substitute “the cat” for “patient”. You will get the point!
