After being among the first in the industry to develop hubs in the mid-1990’s Dyan was surprised to learn that not only had hubs not progressed very much, they went backwards in only supporting access. Access is only the start. In this article Dyan outlines the missing opportunity to support patient and their caregivers better, improve the bottom-line of the sponsors, and help improve health outcomes and adherence.
