Training Pharma to be More Patient Centered

The Challenge

After an extensive analysis for competency gaps a large pharmaco wanted to train its marketing and managed markets teams to be more patient centered.After an extensive RFP process we were chosen to evelop and implement a customized training program.

The Solution

We mobilized a team of industry veterans who are forward thinkers and understand the value pharma would bring becoming more patient centered. In adition to including a managed markets expert, we included a behavioral scientist, an expert in the user experience and a expert in adult education methods.
