Through collaboration with Mobile PRM, a mobile patient engagement provider, we offer a therapeutic-area agnostic platform that is fully customizable by the patient.
There are millions of apps out there, very few actually get used. This is because they are designed from the perspective of the brand – not the end-user. The platform was designed out of a need to better the continuity of care required to best serve patients/caregivers. Therefore, this platform has been designed to meet the need of the end-user – and still can provide the data our clients need to make business decisions – in real time. We can communicate messaging, provide educational materials, collect behavioral data.
This real-time data requirement is reinforced by the trend towards values-based contracting. The tough part of the contracting process is to settle on the measures. It’s fairly simple to collect clinical data but how do you collect behavioral data that can show whther or naot a patient is actually making a change that results in positive health outcomes. You need the aptient’s input. Period. With this platform you can have that data – fully HIPAA compliant and meeting the standards of our highly regulated industry.
